Republican Presidential Voter Guide

This Republican Presidential Voter Guide lists the positions of the leading GOP Presidential candidates on over sixty issues. This guide was a joint effort between the Southern NH 9.12 Project, The Greater Nashua Tea Party, and the NH 9.12 Liberty Action Team. A lot of time and effort has gone into putting this together and they would like to share it with all activists across the country.

You can see the voter guide below or download the document directly from their website at www.SouthernNH912.com. Also, the far right button on the PDF viewer below will allow you to open the document larger.

Great job on the survey. Please consider ranking all the items listed in the survey.
So, if a candidate approves of the majority (# TBD) of critical items he gets high marks.
Ranking for good of country would be real asset. (Which items would help the country most).
Thanks for a great job on the survey.

    John

This guide is pathetic! Based on it we should be voting for the “nut job” Paul?

Very disappointed in your evaluation of Governor Perry on the first question regarding strict interpretation of the Constitution. Governor Perry does NOT support bi-national healthcare with Mexico. What they were talking about in Texas was changing the insurance plans so that people who worked on both sides of the border could access hospitals in the event that they were injured or got sick during work. This is NOT bi-national healthcare at all.

Moreover, Perry does NOT support amnesty! This is a lie on its face. He is a firm opponent of amnesty and President Obama’s DREAM act. Moreover, the instate tuition in Texas does NOT provide free scholarships to the children of illegal immigrants. These young people must apply for citizenship, have a job, and pay their own way through college; the instate tuition merely allows them to go to school in Texas.

The writers of this guide have also neglected to point out that Governor Perry no longer supports abortion in cases of rape or incest. He is 100% pro-life.

I cannot fit all my objections to this “voter’s guide” in one comment due to time limits. I will close with one final objection. You have failed to mention that Governor Perry effectively killed the Trans-Texas Corridor. It cannot be resurrected in Texas ever again. The people spoke against it and Perry yielded to their will. I encourage everyone with concerns regarding the TTC to read this article, the first-hand testimony of one Texas state representative who opposed the TTC:
